OPP Adult Swim
The spring and fall are a great time to get in shape and enjoy the tranquility of the pool with the kids in school. Stingray Head Coach Brad Allen will lead the Adult Swim Program, open to all members 18 and over, of all abilities. Coach Brad will help improve swimming technique in all four competitive strokes while helping swimmers build speed and endurance.
Due to COVID-19, adult swim will be limited to 14 participants.
Spring Session: May 3rd to May 28th
Time: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM
Cost: $140 for four week session. No drop ins.
