KIDS CAMP IS OVER FOR 2021 BUT WILL BE BACK IN 2022!
We hope to see you next year for a fun summer at Kids Camp 2022
**Please keep in mind that due to county COVID guidelines (and COVID in general), some plans are subject to change. We will do our best to communicate any changes ASAP
Dates and Hours of Operation:
Children can participate in camp and swim team.
Registration for Kids Camp Will open in March or April, 2022 Watch for announcements in the OPP Newflash!
How will Kids Camp adjust to Covid-19 regulations?
What do we do at Camp?
Our days are filled with swimming (free swim), arts and crafts, games, and physical activities!
If a child’s swim practice time is in the middle of camp, counselors will escort children to their practice.
What swimming ability do children need to have?
To swim in the main pool area, children must be able to complete one lap of strong swimming. A lifeguard will administer this test and has full discretion to decide if it has been passed.
If the lifeguard determines that unsafe conditions exist, children can swim in the designated shallow end (kiddie pool)
What is the 9 & Up program like?
Ages are 9-12.
Children 9 & up have a less structured, but still supervised day at OPP Kids Camp.
Activities will be provided, but children will have freedom in choosing what they want to do, when they want to do it, while still following all pool rules and camp rules.
