1. Program Description

Swim Lesson Scheduling Alerts is an SMS notification program operated by the McRae family swim lesson scheduling service. The program sends text messages to enrolled household members to (a) request your availability for upcoming swim lessons, and (b) confirm lesson bookings made on your behalf. Messages are sent only to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them.

2. Opt-In

You will only receive messages from this program if you have provided your mobile phone number and given express consent to receive recurring text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 1–3 messages per week: one weekly availability request, plus occasional booking confirmations or scheduling updates.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent and received as part of this program. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin the program, reply START or contact us using the support information below.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Message data is processed by our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver this service.
