COVID COMPLIANT ACCESS PLAN

You must sign up for access to the pool (i.e. actually get in the water), and you may not book more than TWO TIME SLOTS AT A TIME. We strongly recommend setting up a Signup Genius account before you attempt to reserve a time. Make reservations HERE (members only - must be logged in).
A household can make up to two active reservations at a time, either consecutive or multiple days. You must wait until at least one time slot has been used to make another one. But once a time has expired/used you may make another reservation on the same day, if time is available. However, your household/membership may not have more than two reservations in the system. If we find them, we will remove them, but we'd very much appreciate not having to do that.
The County's guidelines set a maximum number of people per square foot both in the pool and on the grounds, and we are interpreting that to treat a "household" (i.e. people with whom you share a home) the same way. It is critical that the members of your household do not intermingle with other households in the pool or on the grounds. To be clear, your "household" can be just you, too.
Adults do not need a reservation for pool time to enter and use the pool grounds.
Although we will rely on your good sense to observe social-distancing standards onsite, the County requires that we have a designated monitor (not a lifeguard) at all times to ensure compliance with their standards. The monitors have been trained in the applicable rules and the expectation is that they will be reasonable. Please let us know if that's not the case, but abide by their instructions while onsite. We will have a zero tolerance approach to those who ignore or dispute their instructions, just like we do with the lifeguards.
Other than that, the following rules will govern use of the pool while this order is in place:
If the determination is made that the number of people on the grounds exceeds County guidelines permit OR if the parking lot is full, we will send out a text-blast to let you know that we are over capacity and you should not come to the pool.
You can sign up for the (new!) text blast on the OPP home page or by texting "OPP Blast" to 31996. We'll be using it to communicate pool status etc going forward.
Once we reach capacity we will also encourage members already onsite to leave and make room for others, and then update with another text blast when we have additional capacity. There's no way this will work without everybody's cooperation. We will need to work together.
